Chuck Stockwell
President
Chuck Stockwell is the co-founder of two Michigan Public School Academies and was the co-founder and CEO of one of Michigan’s first independent ESPs. He is now the President of CS Partners, an educational consulting and management company working with seven public charter schools. He has twelve years experience working in Michigan Public Charter Schools. Chuck Stockwell was a 2003 winner of Michigan Association of Public Schools Leadership award. In addition to his work in charter schools he has twenty five years experience in traditional public education as a teacher, ISD program developer and consultant, central office administrator, community college trustee, and elementary school principal. He has experience in facilities development and construction as well as school strategic planning including marketing and mission/vision development. He is the founder and Chief Administrative Officer for Charyl Stockwell Academy, a school that is an innovation leader in K-12 education. |

Betsy Krupansky
Director
Betsy Krupansky has been the Director for the Student Enrichment Program (SEP) at Charyl Stockwell Academy for three years. Betsy has expanded the SEP program from its early stages and has successfully developed an enrichment program under the SEP umbrella including: Charyl’s Playhouse (preschool), Student Connection (before & after school), Teen Scene (Middle School club), Short-Watch (Extension to carpool), Athletics and After School Enrichments.
Betsy has her Child Development credential and has many years of experience in child development and business as well as continued education in business, child care administration, early childhood and the Montessori Method.
Betsy and the Montessori team will be preparing the environment of Garden Gate to welcome parents and children into a center that will become their family´s home away from home.

Holly Simmerson
Site Director
Holly Simmerson has been the Preschool Coordinator/ Teacher at Charyl Stockwell Academy for 3 years. Holly has been an employee of CS Partners for four years. She began her assignment at CSA as a member of the Teacher Support team in 2004. After completing her first year at CSA she took on the role as Preschool Coordinator/Teacher and aided in the success of Charyl’s Playhouse.
Holly is certified in Montessori Education ages 3-6 as well as received a Child Development Associates Credential in 1998. She is proud to have won Child Care provider of the year in 2001 in Maryland and has many years of experience with children age’s infant through school age. Holly is very excited about the opportunity to meet new families at Garden Gate and feels grateful to continue the relationships that have been built at CSA as well.
